The house indeed had a majestic view, with even an attached sun room/lounge near the entrance where we could sit and watch the sun rise over the rock formations. Nikolaus was also a wonderful and helpful host. He only spoke Greek and we only spoke English - but all was well with Google Translate. We would definitely recommend this to a group of friends or family!”

”We had an amazing time staying in Kalabaka at the Rock and Stone. It was easy to find, easy to access and beautiful yard to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks looking into a small gouge. The short walk down into downtown gave us ample cat sightings and more than enough choices of excellent food. The monasteries are a must!!!”

”Modern apartment with great location just a short walk from several tavernas, gelato shops and shopping. Clean and very comfortable. Two nice terraces. However, advertised as 2+ bathrooms, but had only one toilet so misleading there. Our rental car was sideswiped in the night and the owner was nice enough to let us store our luggage in the secure laundry room while we waited all day for a replacement car. Over all, really enjoyed the apartment.”

”The place was clean, good location. Bed was super hard, like sleeping in a wooden board to be honest. The listing is advertised as “sleeps 4”, we booked for two, but unexpectedly met up with a friend in Athen so we invited him. It was ONE NGHT, very quick stay, we got there in evening. Host charged us 10 MORE euro! I think there should be as many people as the listing says for the price advertised. For this reason I wouldn’t stay here again. Otherwise it was ok.”
