âWe made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldnât breathe so we had to leave.
Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. Charlotte at the front desk and Lucy from housekeeping are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you very much. â

âWhen we got to our room the first thing we noticed was the bed had something on it that looked disgusting. So we were switched to a different room. The next morning I got in the shower and there was black hair on the wall and floor of the shower. I had to clean it before I could take my shower. We rented 3 rooms for that night because we were moving and our family needed to stay also. At least the breakfast was nice the next morning. â

âRay at the front desk was nice. We asked to be switched to a different room because the sheets were clearly dirty. There was also no closet or hangers in that room. The next room seemed cleaner but the sink barely drained and it smelled musty. There was an ironing board but no iron, a coffee maker but no coffee. It was very quiet and there was only 1 other car on a Saturday night.â

âManager and staff were extremely friendly, check-in was fast, the room was spotless, climate control functioned exactly as it should, and my husband and I were very comfortable in the bed. We recommend this Super 8!â

âHand towel was dirty and unfolded and the remote wasnt able to do anything for the tv but turn it off or on. The air conditioner barely worked and there was no laundry bag or ice bag. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you just want to sleep then run.â
