”Lovely small hotel in the small walled city of Bale. Very good breakfast buffet & excellent attached 5 star restaurant. Excellent service. For North American travellers, there is no elevator so you may want to transfer your travel items into a smaller carry-on. For the hotel, please add an in room kettle. As a traveller, sometimes you need to make yourself an herbal tea or an early morning coffee. Also, please have 100% overhead coverage of the areas connecting the buildings. It rained during...

”Vietimme ihanan viikon rauhallisessa ympäristössä, todella kodikkaassa ja hyvin hoidetussa hotellissa. Saimme ystävällistä ja avuliasta palvelua, yksilölliset tarpeemme huomioitiin aina. Hotellin aamupala runsas ja kotoisa, hyviä ruokapaikkoja valittavana aivan vieressä. Aikuiseen makuun rauhallista lomaa etsiville, suosittelemme!”

”You can hear footsteps of guests who stay upstairs in the middle of the night. The sink in the bathroom took time to drain. Wine glasses collected dust. Previous guest left a half full glass of water in the shelf.”

”Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Location is excellent. ”

”A superb new hotel in an excellent central location. Wonderful staff and superb amenities. Highly recommended.”

”Prepare for a hike to the apartment, so pack light, but it is so worth it. You are right in the centre of the Old Town, just below the church. There is an upstairs apartment and a downstairs apartment, so you'll likely hear each other through the floor/ceiling (only walking around and running the water). A very charming stay indeed!”

”Location was ideal and close to restaurants, bars and the marina. Communication and response time were excellent. My only concern was the quality of the mattress in my room. As a light sleeper, having a bumpy, soft mattress was not ideal. This property is otherwise recommended.”

”The hotel is very modern, the room is spacious, the pool is heated in April. The restaurant is amazing for breakfast and dinner. The view is unbearable.”

”Very nice. New rooms”

”Wirklich perfekt würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Toller und schneller Kontakt wären gerne länger geblieben”
