”Arrived to a TV that didn’t work. Had the manager come up to the room with a new remote - didn’t work. Come to find out the previous guest disconnected the HDMI port. Also the hotel phone was not plugged in. Really minor things but after 15th on the road it was frustrating/disappointing. ”
