”Wonderful home! Kitchen is very nice for cooking/hanging out with everyone across dining/living space. Ventilation would be improved in bedrooms with ceiling fans. The garage is set up as rec/game room but in Iowa summers and winters it is either too humid or too cold making the area less of an option for use. ”We were visiting for a wedding and this was the perfect place for us. What a treat to have a pet friendly rental with a fenced in yard! The house was very clean and spacious, The master closet was huge and we could conveniently hang all our dress clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We stocked up with groceries and snacks near by in Grimes. This was a great spot for us to relax after the hustle and bustle of wedding events. The hosts were wonderful! We would...

We would rent again!”

”Had a great stay with the family. The house is beautiful and the host was great to work with. Highly recommend!”

Granted, we rented this home in July and it has been an extremely hot...
