This lovely 75 m² apartment awaits you in a quiet location. The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by elevator, and features 2 balconies; it’s ideal for 2 people. In addition, a sleeper sofa in the living room provides an extra sleeping spot for your child, grandchild, or overnight guest. A beloved dog is also very welcome!
The bright, elegant bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90x200 cm) with a large wardrobe and access to the east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a cozy cup of coffee in the morning sun. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Vita Fresh refrigerator, oven, and microwave, is open to the dining area, and a tastefully furnished living room with a sleeper sofa (suitable for one person) rounds out this apartment. The second balcony leads from the living room to the west side of the apartment. Here you can enjoy the evening sun. From both balconies, you’ll have a spectacular view of the natural surroundings and the golf course.
A spacious bathroom with a Raindance shower and double sinks is, of course, included. The apartment also features a guest restroom with a washing machine.
A wonderful year-round highlight of the Golf Residence is the large swimming pool (8x12 m), which guests of the complex can use free of charge. You can also relax in the sauna (coin-operated).
