This lovingly furnished, 50 m² holiday apartment boasts a maritime flair and is ideal for couples and families. Bed linen and Wi-Fi are included.

The bright living and dining area features a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes. The separate bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.

A special highlight is the spacious southwest-facing balcony with a table, comfortable chairs, and an awning – perfect for breakfast and relaxation. Wi-Fi is also available on the balcony.

The apartment is centrally and quietly located. The beach and promenade are about 350 m away, a bakery is 250 m away, and REWE and Aldi supermarkets are about 300 m away. A private parking space and a lockable bicycle storage room are available. A washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. A high chair and travel cot are available upon request.

Pets are not allowed. The apartment is non-smoking; smoking is permitted on the balcony.
