Beach house type "Officer"

A bright and airy living and dining area with a large south-facing window, a seating area, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV, and radio.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, four-burner stove, combination microwave/oven, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.

A bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.

During peak season, arrivals are on Saturdays or Sundays and bookings are only accepted for full weeks.

Two bedrooms with a double bed, single bed, bunk bed, or alcove bed provide ample sleeping space.

Partially covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair.

Dogs are welcome upon request (fenced terrace available). A dog shower and a fenced agility course are available for our four-legged guests at the campsite.

Parking is available at the house.

Tourist tax is not included.

A €70 short-stay surcharge applies to bookings of less than five nights.

Weekend event surcharge applies from September 11th. - 13.09.2026 (X-Letics Grömitz)
