”Very central location in the old town but still very peaceful in the apartment itself! Appreciated that there were 2 fans in the property and these were already on when I arrived! That was a lovely touch and very appreciated during a very warm period!! ”

”This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed.”

”Loved this apartment in the heart of Annecy! Completely surrounded by amazing shopping and dining and so close to the river! The space felt like such a reflection of the local culture and really maximized the square footage. Would definitely stay here again!”

”We stayed here for 3 nights. The entrance is "unique", where you proceed down an old tunnel, through what was probably an old stable or slaughterhouse(?) and up the stairs. But the apartment was very nice. Well appointed, well maintained. Even though it is on Rue St Claire in the middle of the old-town tourist district, the windows did a great job of keeping out the night-time noise. TV was a little difficult to figure out (not that we were watching anything) - a brief guide in English and...
