On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one bedroom has a TV), and a large living room with a leather couch and TV, which can be converted into a sleeper sofa as needed. Also on the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 7 people, featuring a coffee maker, microwave, and electric kettle. Additionally, the first floor features a spacious main bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet, as well as a separate guest restroom.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a room with two single beds (with a TV), and a walk-through room with a single bed and a sofa bed (with a TV). There is also a small kitchen on the first floor, as well as a shower room with a toilet. The shower room is powered only by a 220-volt instant water heater and is therefore of limited use for showering; the water temperature does not reach 40 degrees!
You’re welcome to use the washing machine provided.
The vacation home is equipped with a heat cabin. It can be heated up to 60 degrees and is located in the garden shed next to the pond. The pond is not a swimming pond.
Please clean the party house and the sauna yourself after use. This helps us keep the final cleaning costs low.
The property is completely fenced and covers an area of 1,900 square meters. The pond has a diameter of approximately 20 meters; it contains fish, and a family of ducks lives there in the summer.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
There are areas in the house that are reserved for the owner’s exclusive use; this area is locked off. The Alex vacation home is located in a quiet, nature-rich setting in the Neue Wieke Süd neighborhood of Großefehn (East Frisia).
The surrounding area offers a variety of recreational activities, including walks and bike rides through the expansive landscapes of East Frisia. The Timmelner Meer recreational area is just a few minutes’ drive away, and the North Sea coast, with its beaches and coastal towns, is also within easy reach.
Shopping, dining, and local attractions can be found in the nearby towns;
Aurich, with its historic downtown, is only about 30 minutes away.
