The high-quality, two-room apartment "Brode Huus" in the "El Mar" building boasts a fantastic location and its own sauna – just steps from the beach.

On the ground floor, you'll find a tastefully furnished living area with a comfortable sofa (which converts into a bed for one person), a flat-screen TV, a corner bench with a dining table, and an open, fully equipped kitchen. Here you can enjoy relaxing vacation moments in a modern setting.

Upstairs, you'll find the open-plan sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (approx. 160 x 200 cm) and an additional flat-screen TV. A special highlight is the separate, indoor sauna made of solid wood – ideal for soothing wellness hours after a day at the beach. Enjoy a partial view of the Baltic Sea from the bedroom window.

The bathroom includes a washing machine for your free use.

In front of the apartment, a small garden with a private east-facing terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. A free parking space is available directly at the complex.

The location is perfect: restaurants, kiosks, a playground, and a skate park are all within easy reach. A bakery, bike rental, and gym are conveniently located within 1,000 meters. Many destinations are easily explored on foot or by bike. Buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen and Fehmarn.

Großenbrode is also an ideal starting point for extended bike tours – whether towards Heiligenhafen or across the Fehmarnsund Bridge to Fehmarn.
