Welcome to Apartment 64 in Building 1 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten.”

This bright and modern apartment for 2 people was lovingly and completely renovated in 2023. In no time at all, you can reach the new promenade and the beautiful, fine-sand South Beach—enjoy the beach, explore, and experience the sea during the day, and in between, relax and unwind in your accommodation with a sea view!

The new, brightly tiled bathroom features a particularly spacious shower with glass walls and an extra-low threshold. A heated towel rack, electrical outlets, and a lighted mirror are additional amenities this bathroom offers you during your vacation.
In the living area, a large, cozy corner sofa with a view of the sea awaits you. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV above the spacious counter-style dining area, along with Wi-Fi access, provide additional entertainment.
The high-quality built-in kitchen features plenty of storage space for groceries, an oven, a microwave, a 4-burner cooktop with an integrated range hood, a dishwasher, and a full range of cooking and dining essentials.
The sleeping area features a high-quality double bed (160×200) for relaxing nights on vacation. Behind it, you’ll find plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the large closet.
From the south-facing balcony, with a magnificent view of the entire South Beach, the promenade, and the sea, you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon.
The low-maintenance floors in the living areas are covered with allergy-friendly vinyl.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
