Summary:

A charming and peaceful apartment with a unique flair. It features a barrel sauna in the courtyard. Distinctive elements such as exposed granite walls, a brick-vaulted ceiling, and elegant castle-style floorboards give the space its special character.

The ground floor of the former horse stable has been lovingly renovated and offers a spacious living area with a fireplace and an open kitchenette. A cozy bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, along with a shower room featuring coated natural stone walls, completely tile-free, complete the layout.

The apartment spans two levels, but only the lower floor is available for rent. This includes the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

Optional services such as bed linen and towels can be booked for an additional charge: bed linen (€10/set), towels (€5/set), dogs (€15/night), sauna cleaning (€7.50/per stay), and wood (€1/per log; you can also bring your own).



The Space:

Hunde sind in dieser Unterkunft herzlich willkommen. Es fällt eine Gebühr in Höhe von 15€ pro Hund und Nacht an.



Guest Access:

The entire property, including the two ponds and the riding facility, is generally accessible and invites exploration. However, please note that the stables may only be entered after prior agreement with the respective horse owners. Out of consideration for the animals, petting or feeding the horses is not permitted.

If you are interested in riding lessons or a guided trail ride, you are welcome to book in advance. Please contact the riding center directly.

A washing machine and dryer are available for all guests to use at the Hexenburg four-sided courtyard. Each can be used for a fee of €5.
