”The Cambria is in a terrific location downtown. It's a beautiful hotel, our room was spotless and we had amazing views from the 12th floor. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were excellent. The hotel staff are all so nice and welcoming, including the valet staff. There are so many great shops and places to eat right outside of this hotel! I can't give a higher recommendation for the Cambria. If you want to stay downtown, stay here.”

”Not the best place to stay in Asheville. Facility could use a face lift. On our travels from Florida to Michigan, this was one of our stops. This was the noisiest hotel we stayed at. Not from the outside but from the inside. We could hear our neighbor raise and lower their blinds. The cleaning crew in the morning were slamming doors and other things in the hallway. the room had a musty odor. There are better located hotels in the downtown area. ”Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise...

It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...
