Our Pool and Spa Heat Fee is $45 per day and takes 24 hours to pool to fully reach the desired temperature of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and spa 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pool Heat Disclaimer: In the event you purchased pool/spa heat and there is an issue where the heater malfunctions you will be refunded the amount you paid for the number of days of the malfunction. In the event your pool/spa heat was included in your stay you may not ask for a refund in the event of a heater malfunction as you did not pay for the pool/spa heat separately.



Toiletries: All of our homes come with basic starter packs for dish soap, trash bags, paper towels etc.  You will need to go to the grocery store during your time at our home to replace these consumable items.  The home will be stocked with appropriate levels of bath towels, hand towels, wash clots etc.  Due to food allergies the cabinets will be empty so items like spices, salt and pepper etc. will not be on site when you arrive and will need to be brought with you or purchased once you arrive.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy 🙏 but are always available if needed. You’ll have 24/7 Superhost support 📲 via Airbnb messaging for tips, recommendations, or assistance during your stay.



Pool Rules for Guests:



-No food, drinks, or glass containers are allowed in the pool area to prevent contamination and injury.

-Please do not throw or drop any objects, including bottle caps, trash, or any foreign items into the pool.

-No running, diving, or jumping in the pool area for safety reasons.

-Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool.

-Use designated trash bins to dispose of any waste; do not leave trash near or in the pool area.

Pool use is at your own risk, and any damage or violation of these rules may result in additional cleaning fees.

Please respect the quite hours specially around the pool area.
