This is a Spanish style estate. The biggest feature of the entire house is the numerous exquisite arches and arched windows. The sunlight passes through the elegant doors and windows, forming a charming semi-circular light in the living room.

The whole house has perfect dynamic and static zoning, with four rooms and two complete bathrooms upstairs, and a living room, dining room, game room, kitchen, and a toilet downstairs, so rest and activities are completely undisturbed.

In the morning, from the deck of this house, you can overlook the sun rising from the peaks of Yosemite. In the evening, you can see the sunset setting, and at night, you can see thousands of stars shining brightly, sparkling and twinkling. Our doorstep often receives many unexpected visitors, including turkeys, deer, and occasionally bears. Pine Mountain Lake community, where you can swim, drive a boat, and also barbecue by the lake.

We live in the San Francisco Bay Area, but we really like it here, especially for our children who don't want to leave once they stay.
This is very close to Yosemite, about a half-hour drive away. Yosemite is very beautiful all year round.
There is a big lake in the community, very beautiful.
It takes only an hour and a half by car to reach Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort and Badger Pass Ski Area, which is very convenient.
In addition to Yosemite, Groveland is also a place worth staying and resting in.
