”Check in was smooth! Check out was easy. What i didn't like was the double payment of the security deposit, even know it was only $20 a day i was charged it on arrival and on check out. Although for my bank the refund of the deposit was quick 24 hours after check out. It was still dumb.”

”Room was very nice and clean! Staff was friendly while checking in and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this stay.”

”The rooms are clean, but there are a problem with the TV however the breakfast was delicious but I was disappointed the pool was not working ,staffing was professional ,phone cord kept dropping off the phone”

”The room next to ours was very noisy - loud talking and coughing the first night. The second night there was a lot of moaning and groaning going on. The noise came through the adjoining door. The door needs to be soundproofed especially if the rooms are not open to each other. (There was a desk in front of the door in our room.)”

”While the room was very basic and the location was convenient to the airport, they had very loud (music/partying/yelling) that they did nothing about. Properties have 24 hour staff so they should do something about noise issues.”

”First the good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. However, the hotel itself is a little run down. Flooring in rough shape and just needed some love. And we were disappointed that there was no working elevator. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but our son was three weeks out from acl repair surgery and the steps were difficult for him. Our room wasn't very clean. ”Although the staff was friendly, they didn't seem to know their job at check-out. The facility is undergoing a massive remodel. It would have been helpful to know this going in. We were placed in room 215. there were 4 construction workers on the hall with a loud radio. The construction noise was very noticeable and as right outside our door at one point. I attempted to call the front desk but our room phone did not work. We didn't complain as we decided to wait until we came back from dinner to...

”No room cleaning available during our 4 day stay. Nearly impossible to access the hotel parking lot because of inadequate signage for a big construction project.”

”Check in was a smooth process. The room in general was clean but one of the beds has stains on the blankets and the tub was out dated and looked dirty. The ac unit was super loud and also very outdated we didnt use it overnight”

”could not sleep all night because ac does not work saw 3 coackroaches in the room on the floor and in the bathroom. Also on the bed i saw somebody else s hair. Ac fan will not let you sleep from how loud it is I will file a complaint with osha and the health department about this facility”
