”I had a wonderful stay at the Beachcomber Inn in Pismo Beach! You honestly can’t beat the location—just a short walk to the ocean, sandy beach, great local shops, and tons of delicious food options. Everything you could need is within walking distance, which made the trip so easy and relaxing.

”The manager was very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to any question we had. It was a 5 min walk to all shops and restaurants and the beach. The room was amazing!! Great value! The kitchen was fully stocked with everyone you need to cook.... even spices, olive oil .... all you need is food. They had a nespresso machine in the room.... not my favorite, but still a great option. Love the ambiance of the hotel. Great for families and couples! I also highly recommend Beachin Biscuits...

It was conveniently located to the beach & town. We parked our car & walked where we needed to go the whole weekend… it’s just a few blocks to the beach. It was quiet for our stay.
There isn’t a swimming pool but we’re there for the beach so not a problem for us. No breakfast but coffee is available to make in your room, again not a problem for us, we enjoy getting our own breakfast/coffee when we come to Pismo.

”The proprietors are Patels - they know how to run a great hotel/motel. Everything was great. Definitely do not book via Expedia, though -- just go to American Inn's website to book. Cheaper that way. And, Expedia is a horrible company! They will book you with hotels that do not honor the reservation! Expedia really sucks. That was my mistake - using Expedia. American Inn is great, though.”
