”This is a great place to settle in for a couple of nights with the family and enough amenities that you don’t really have to leave if you don’t want to, very well staffed literally did not have to wait for anything. Pools and beach are not overcrowded but not empty either, very chill vibe and perfectly sized for a cool vibe and resort feel without being overcrowded or corporate ”

”This was such a beautiful space to land to meet up with an old friend. It was so quiet! The King and Prince resort does not disappoint. I have been here many times and it is ALWAYS a great time. The pool, beach and restaurant are some of the best on the island. This condo was laid out well. They view from the balcony was private and peaceful. Check - in was wasy peasy and hosts very responsive. Hope to book here again in the future. ”

”The Gray Owl is a charming B&B slightly off the beaten path but convenient to everything on the island. It is a very quiet retreat with a pretty pond with fountain. The breakfasts were great and Betty was an excelllent host.”

”This house was the perfect size for me and 3 of my friends. Everything we needed was provided and the owners were very kind and communicated quickly. Right on the beach with many activities/restaurants nearby with easy access to all that amelia island’s downtown has to offer. Would definitely come back! ”

”This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. The room was super clean, quiet , and peaceful. The owners were very responsive, instructions clear to follow and above all...

”The condo was in a great location and we could look out the balcony at the ocean. A short walk to the beach and a few blocks further to the shops and pier downtown. We cooked most of our meals at the home and had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.”

”Right across from the 12th street beach access that pretty much always has beach even during higher tide. Say walk to the village and walking/biking distance to the shops and restaurants at Arnold road. Wonderful location.”

”The staff was efficient, pleasant, helpful and attentive. Our room was very clean and welcoming. The bed very comfortable, good tv viewing and great location. Walking distance to beach and a couple of seafood restaurants. Easy (short) drive to historic area and sites. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay.”
