The ground floor features an open plan kitchen, dining area, and living room with an extendable sofa bed and half bathroom, overlooking a private pool. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom offers a king size bed and a private balcony. The exterior includes a swimming pool with hydromassage, a garden, and outdoor seating, providing a perfect retreat to enjoy rural Istria with modern comforts.



Guest Access:

As a guest at Casa Piccola Leona, you have private access to the entire home and grounds. Enjoy the hydromassage swimming pool from May through September, along with a peaceful garden and seating area. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living space, while the upper floor offers a private bedroom and balcony. A complimentary parking space are provided on the property.

We provide two complimentary private parking spaces directly on the property for your convenience. While the region offers beautiful landscapes for cycling and hiking, public transportation is limited in this rural area. The nearest major airport is Pula Airport, which is approximately a sixty minute drive from the cottage. Having a car will give you the freedom to explore the charming hilltop town of Groznjan and the surrounding Istrian coast at your own pace.

Please note that we require an online check-in process for public safety, which may involve submitting identification documents. Check-in is available daily from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00.

Quiet hours are strictly observed between 23:00 and 10:00.

We do not host groups of young people, and dangerous dog breeds are not permitted.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 10.00 EUR per night. Optional services such as a crib or high chair are available upon request.
