”the man and women at the front desk were amazing. they went above and beyond for us. we were in a car accident (rear ended) on our first day in Iceland (about 15 minutes from the cottages) and were very stuck as we couldn’t drive the car or make phone calls. we got in contact with them and they not only picked us up but moved us into a room in the main part of the building so that we could be close to the front desk to use their phones to make many calls back and forth to our car rental company....

”Our family had a great time experiencing the farm while also having an easy road trip to several incredible waterfalls and the Golden Circle. Seeing the horses, farm dog and cat and chickens were a hit with our one and a half year old grandson! Loved it!”

”Haus und Lage sehr schön. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Abzug der Bewertung durch die komplette Endreinigung durch die Gäste. Betten beziehen, alles waschen und Böden nass reinigen ist für den letzten Urlaubstag ärgerlich,ohne dass man es vorher wusste. So ist es ziemlich unentspannt.”

”This lovely place in Hellnar was a wonderful restful place to make our home base during a few days on the Snaefellsnes Peninsula. The cottage is lovely and clean and well-equipped. It was easy to explore the national park and there is a lovely hiking trail to the next town Arnarstappi. We cooked at home a few nights and had an amazing dinner at the local hotel (just a short walk down the road). Definitely would stay here again!”

”A lovely cottage with amazing views from all windows. You immediately feel at home in: superbly equipped, comfortable and cosy interior, quiet and a perfect location for exploring the peninsula. Even without taking the car, you can make great accessible hikes. The owners are very kind and attentive. I can't wait to go back for longer!”
