This inviting holiday home, styled in traditional Ausseer architecture, offers 94 m² of well-appointed space for up to eight guests. It features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with a 160 cm bed plus a bunk bed—ideal for families or small groups. A modern bathroom with a private sauna is located upstairs, while the ground floor includes a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy Aussee veranda with dining space, a living room with a pull-out sofa, an additional WC, and a utility room with both washing machine and dryer. Pets are not permitted.

Located in the heart of the Ausseerland region, the property is just a 10-minute walk (approx. 500 meters) from the pristine Grundlsee lake—an ideal place for swimming, walking, or relaxing by the water. In winter, the Loser ski lift is only 12 km away, and the slopes of Tauplitz can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.
The ski lift on the Zloam is a small but excellent ski lift with four different runs, located directly on site. A rope lift for the little ones completes the offer. A special highlight for the whole family is usually the nighttime fun on the slopes with floodlights. As a guest, you receive a 20% discount on your day ski pass per night, and all children up to the age of 15 are invited to ski for free!

Further amenities include a sports equipment rental, creative family workshops, and a recreational hall with an indoor ice rink and curling in the colder months. In summer, guests can enjoy yoga classes, a swimming pond, tennis courts, a playground, archery, and an equestrian centre. Select services are available for an additional fee.
