”Perfect base for visiting the Poas Volcano and other sights in the area. From the hotel you can see the volcano so no guessing the weather and it's just a short ride to the national park. The hotel and rooms are modern and cozy, nice sofas with small fireplace to enjoy in the lobby area. Good restaurant.”

In the hotel room's balcony there is a hummingbird feeder so that you can watch them very close. The tour to volcano Poas was a disappointment. The staff advised us to reserve the tour on a previous day, when you have no idea about the weather in the mountain. We didn't see anything there.”

”En primera instancia la habitación que reservamos tiene algunas reparaciones en la cerámica muy despectivas, el hotel se encuentra en proceso de mejoras generales de la infraestructura por lo que espero mejoren estas condiciones.
Se comunicó al personal del hotel que no estábamos a gusto por las condiciones de la habitación y sin problema nos resolvieron cambiar de habitación por una mucho mejor. Agradecemos la atención y el servicio.”
