Löydä rauhallinen turvapaikka Pohjois-Kalifornian rannikon kukkuloilla tässä kodikkaassa kodissa. Merinäköala, yksityinen kylpytynnyri, viehättävä puutarha ja kannella, jota ympäröivät jyrkät punapuut tekevät tästä vetäytymisestä toisin kuin muutkin! We left a piece of our hearts on that cabin porch, in the hot tub, surrounded by redwoods with sunlight streaming in, hearing only the waves and seals barking in the distance. It was truly magical and exactly what I was looking for. I didn't want to leave! There were only three of us, but will next time bring a grandparent or friend because there was a whole extra bedroom downstairs we never used. Its walking distance to a little supermarket that has all the things you need, a great coffee place where I could get my morning matcha, and a great Thai place. It's a big hike uphill back though, be prepared! If you are physically able, you can hike down to the beautiful beach in the campground (or drive your car for 5 pass). There our son enjoyed some of his first ocean waves and found starfish when the tide was low! The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The stars are incredible. The washer and dryer are very convenient!!! Lovely bathroom. We didn't pay attention to the little things mentioned in previous comments, and I'm so glad. We LOVED it!

The house was cozy and family friendly. The down stairs room thats detached from the main house was like a motel room even equipped with a loud squeaky and rattle sound from the mini fridge, which needed to be unplugged.

Perfect Vacation Spot For The Family

This house had everything we needed and then some. It was clean, big, comfortable and in the perfect location. The house had such a warm and inviting feel with a beachy family vibe to it. We had no problems whatsoever and will keep coming back year after year. A big thanks to the hosts for allowing us to use your beautiful woodsy beach home, it was the perfect family vacation.

2 nights on the Coast

The unit is in very good shape. The mattress I slept on probably needs to be rotated. The electronic front door lock was a little tricky for me because I am not used to those, but I got the hang of it. The location was great for us, between Gualala and Point Arena. We will check their availability the next time we travel to the area.

Feelin Beachy review

Great location, central to all we wanted to do. The kitchen was small and the 2 large burners on the stove didn't work making cooking a bit of a challenge. Also, the hot tub is so small only 1-2 people can use it at one time. Still, it was a comfortable home, peaceful setting, and the agency and property manager were very responsive to issues that arose.

Perfect little getaway

Beautiful house nestled in the trees and hear the crashing waves and sea lions! Clean and comfortable living space :) My only teeny-tiny remark would be the hot tub is not a "sit in".. it is a "lounge in" meaning my friend and I stretched out opposite of one another and the water barely came up over our waist! It was still enjoyable to chat and stare at the stars, but not what I expected!

Too many problems

There were too many problems, kitchen pan etc were not cleaned, heating system too loud to sleep we didn’t use it because of sound of cement mixer in your bedroom, Wi-Fi didn’t work on third night. Also, there is a bedroom with attached bathroom on level one totally isolated which can’t be used so efficiently it’s 2bed single bathroom with tons of problems. The support said they can only raise tickets, I don’t understand why shouldn’t I get refund for this irritating stay.

Feeling Beachy Birthday

Stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights to celebrate our youngest son's 27th birthday. House worked very well. The birthday boy had his own "hotel room" as our grandson called the downstairs separate room. It was a little colder down there but still we never used the heater. The upstairs rooms were comfortable also. Some people complained about the bathrooms, shower and sink in one and toilet and sink in the other. Actually, with six people that worked well, two sinks, if someone was showing a toilet was still available. Just had to remember which one you needed, to the right or to the left! All the decking and the jacuzzi was wonderful. If you want a cardio work out, walking up from the beach will do it. I was a little leary or trying it, but hiked it twice and it was good for me. I'm 67 and in fair shape, heart was pumping and breathing heavily. Need to do that three times a week! All in all a nice relaxing getaway!

Wonder gem!

We had an amazing time at Feelin’ Beachy. It was a perfect pre start of the school year getaway. Short, but steep, walk from a small market and the beach at the Anchor Bay Campground. Clean hot tub. Comfy king bed with firmer memory foam. We loved finding all the inspirational word art/kitschy sayings. We made a scavenger hunt out of it with our 9 year old son. Kitchen/bath could use a few more necessities such as a colander, bottle,, opener, foil, tissues, etc. we would love to come back soon.

Very cozy home

Very cozy home. Has nice energy. We did enjoy our time there. If you need dark rooms to sleep bring your eye covers as there are windows up high with out curtain and morning light comes in :) House has most kitchen cookware. We needed colander that was not there. No problem... we improvised :) If only family members are there ... there is no problem with the main bathroom lock no working .... but if you come with friends it might be an issue. Over all very pleasant house.

Poor communication with vacasa

I left from Santa Cruz on the day of our check in concerned that I had received no. Information on how to get into the house. I tried repeatedly to communicate with someone. I only had the confirmation from vrbo I emailed vrbo at one point when I had cell service. I did not know that the trip up the California coast is largely without cell service. We only had it for brief periods of time. We had a terrible time when we finally got there. We had to climb up to a back porch using some props and fortunately for us someone had left a door unlocked off th porch. Vacasa says they sent instructions on Saturday am which was too late. I looked on my phone history and found the message I my trash. Either it was never processed because of no cell service or I had no knowledge of vacasa only vrbo. We basically had no cell service for the whole trip. This is an amazingly poor policy and poor communication. Vrbo is not set up for emergency contacts. Also since the confirmation came from vrbo one would expect to hear from them sooner with a key code for the house . I wa extremely disappointed in vrbo I have never had this 2 party set up before and do not feel that it is a good way to do business. I have used vrbo before with no problems but will try other services in the future.
