”Room was ok, clean and hotel was quiet. When I booked a room, there promised that a minibar include and also there promised to include personal hygiene products - there were not those things. The wiew from the window was not nice and whwn we liked to keep window open at night, the room was very noisy. Also prise of the room would have been cheaper if we had order it on the hotel, not by internet. In hotel was not any change to order any food. ”

”Checked in the very early morning due to an early flight coming in. Our room wasn’t ready til 3pm so from 5:30 am to 3 pm we had to hang around the hotel because nothing was opened. Went into the breakfast buffet restaurant in the lobby which opened at 7am and dining was an excellent experience. The variety of food was amazing! ”We stayed for six nights - we only planned for four but the staff was so welcoming we added two more. Clean rooms, free snacks and bottled water, coffee and tea. The hotel is on the top floors of retail, restaurants and movie theatres so there’s sometimes a wait but it moves quickly. Shout out to Sping, Jack, Jerry and Tommy for making our stay so comfortable, as well as the housekeeping staff. Definitely recommend.”
