”Room was ok, clean and hotel was quiet. When I booked a room, there promised that a minibar include and also there promised to include personal hygiene products - there were not those things. The wiew from the window was not nice and whwn we liked to keep window open at night, the room was very noisy. Also prise of the room would have been cheaper if we had order it on the hotel, not by internet. In hotel was not any change to order any food. ”

”My family and I throughly enjoyed our stayed here. We booked 3 rooms. This hotel was about a 10-min walk from the train station, surrounded by food with the popular Yonghe soya bean directly opposite the hotel. The rooms were clean and they provided snacks, water, toothbrush at the pantry, and even buns for breakfast! Love the toilet bowl because it was the automated one. Staff were helpful and friendly. "Communication with the hotel before the visit was difficult. I didnt get any real answers to my questions and requests which led to some dissapointments when we arrived e.g. missing window views and terribly priced early check-in. I needed to ask them to change our room, which they did next day, points from that. Most of the staff were just great while one receptionist was in a wrong job, very friendly staff at the lobby and in the restaurant. Great location. The best before date of our first room was long gone while the second was quite ok."
