”You gotta get here! After a week in a decent room in Beijing, this was a spa-like getaway. The place is beautiful and details are well attended to. The staff is great at communicating and can help set up drivers and tours as you are interested. We wanted a calligraphy class ... so they had a local painter come to the hotel and guide us in a private session. Inside the city walls - it was close to everything including the subway (1/2 mile away). The outside courtyards were the perfect place to...

And the shower time has been limited. Only one hair dryer in front of the shower room. No seated-toilet. You can experience the traditional way they live. ”房間與原先訂的不符,原本訂了大床房,卻給了雙床房,要經一輪理論及給予原先訂的房間資料,才不願意地更换,但換了一間三人房(,一張大床及一張單人床)。但房間原先綱上的尺寸是22坪,但到埗後所有房間約得13至15坪左右,但给我的房間是有兩張床(ㄧ大,ㄧ細),令房間更加感覺無空間。房間設備非常簡單,三條浴巾,一部電視,ㄧ個電水壺。只住了二天。退房時無問原因,只説餘下三天的住宿费不會退回。服務員態度非常不禮貌。甚麽都與她無關。是綱站騙了我們。令人氣憤。”

”While our stay got off to a rocky start, the staff were very helpful in sorting out some broken appliances. The room was very clean and comfortable. The halls had a lot of visible dust at the carpet edges but otherwise common spaces were also clean. ”
