”Hotel is clean and nice. Staff is not so, at least the service people in check-in counter. They try to bill you two times, don't understand english. Keep your reservation papers with you and don't pay in advance, rather pay when you are leaving, then they don't have a change to mess with you.”

”LHW truly means something here. Unique interior, very spacious rooms with a touch of luxury. Very comfortsble bed and attentive service. Highly recommended for both business and pleasure.”

”가족여행으로 3박 머물렀습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 식사하고 간단한 간식거리 구매하는데 아주 편리했습니다. 호텔 일반 직원들은 5성급 호텔에 비해 영어 소통이 원활하지는 않았지만 Duty Manager분들은 영어를 잘 하셔서 크게 불편함은 없었습니다. 일단, 방은 상당히 크고 쾌적했으며 직원들 친절도는 최상이였습니다. 특히 조식과 저녁 뷔페 식당의 직원들은 정말 친절하고 음식도 아주 좋았습니다. 저녁뷔페는 뷔페 식당임에도 불구하고 단품 메뉴로 랍스터와 연어를 주어서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 크리스마스 시즌이여서 특별히 제공하는 메뉴였는지는 잘 모르겠지만요. 처음에는 잘못 주시는 줄 알고 거절했는데 뷔페에 포함이라고 하시더라구요. 다음에 시안에 다시 가게 되면 또 다시 방문하고 싶은 개인적으로는 만족도 최상의 호텔이였습니다.”

”Ravintolat suljetaan liian aikaisin. SPA-osastolle kaipaisi tarjoilua ja järjestelyt jotenkin sekavat. Yleiset tilat siistit ja nykyaikaiset mutta huone olisi kaivannut päivitystä.”

”Onnistunut valinta. Hyvä palvelu , hyvä sijainti muurien vanhassa kaupungissa muurien sisällä. Söimme useasti illallisen hotellin kiinalaisessa ravintolassa, jonka ruoka oli erinomaista.Upgradeeraus excutive-huoneeseen oli hyvin kannattava: erinomainen aamiainen oli rauhallisessa loungessa, jossa oli tarjolla koko päivän myös kahvia, virvokkeita ja hedelmiä. Iltaisin klo 18-20 loungessa oli tarjolla kevyt buffet ja myös alkoholijuomia sisältyen huoneen hintaan.”

”The room was big, clean and comfortable. We stayed at executive floor, where there was coffee and other available. Also evening cocktail was nice with wide selection of snacks. The breakfast was ok, but usually i prefer more fresh fruits and veggies. Location is the best you can choose. Very close to best shopping street, many nice restaurants nearby, the metro is also very close which makes it easy to commute everywhere.”
