Ons derde verblijf in porticomar
Het was heel warm voor de tijd van het jaar , een zonnetent of parasol en een ventilator is hier geen overbodige luxe, verder was het heerlijk vertoeven.

Très bon séjour
Vacances très agréables dans une résidence plutôt calme à 300 mètres à peine de la plage. Nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux, la superbe piscine et l’accueil qui nous a été réservé. À renouveler !

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und weisst einen sehr hohen Standard aus. Es gibt einen Wintergarten welchen mann bei jedem Wetter geniessen kann. An Austattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Hausherrin ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sofort um Alles wenn man ein Anliegen/Frage hat. Die Ankunft und Abgabe war sehr unkompliziert. Wir konnten diese Wohnung in vollen Zügen geniessen. Einfach nur Empfehlenswert!

Fantastisch appartement met een sensationeel uitzicht

A quiet place to stay
This is our third stay here and everything was very good. We have our own car at airport so keep garden type chairs in our car but I feel a couple of chairs for use round the pool would be beneficial. The view from the balcony is lovely and the smell of the pine trees is amazing. The only downside to staying here which is not the owners fault is the lack of cafes within walking distance but there is a bus stop at end of road which goes into Guardamar and stops in several places. We had a lovely 3 weeks here and hope to come again. A car is essential.

Fabuloso apartamento, con unas vistas estupendas. Es un piso acogedor, muy limpio y perfectamente equipado. Los propietarios son muy amables y Emma es una persona muy atenta. Muy recomendable.

February'20 Break
Excellent 1 bedroom apartment with a good sea view. Clean, tidy and well appointed flat. Easy access to the local amenities and a short walk on to the beach. Would stay here again in the future.

Fantastic setting and spectacular views over the coastline.
Property was comfortable. Needed some form of air con in the bedroom. Only one unit in property and that was in the lounge.

Superb views of the sea
The views from the balcony exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed many a morning and evening relaxing as we watched the world go by. The apartment was more than adequate for our needs which has a good sized balcony with a table and chairs for outside dining. The location is excellent for the beach which is just a short walk, we found it easier to walk along the pavement rather than go through the pine forest. The complex itself provides 3 inviting pools and is in easy reach of 2 excellent restaurants, one below the property, the other is around the corner (approx. 200 yards) which is a family run Italian restaurant that has only been opened for 6 months. They are hoping to provide live music on Saturday nights from late September. We would happily return again next year to the apartment along with the restaurants and area.

Lovely apartment however could have had better directions. No information in the apartment about the area no English TV although that was not really a problem. I would recommend this apartment lovely restaurant 2 mins away with amazing staff

Avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement de Mr Horst EISEL. L'immeuble est très beau, appartement très classe, très propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons été bien reçus par Emma et nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse et surtout sa disponibilité car nous sommes arrivés un dimanche, jour où elle ne travaille pas. A cette période il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde et nous nous sommes bien reposés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.
Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was wirklich benötigt wird. Angefangen von einer komplett eingerichteten Küche, bis hin zum stilvollen Wohnzimmer. Von der Terrasse hatten wir einen wunderbaren direkten Blick auf das Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich wirklich um die Belange seiner Gäste. Rundum war es für uns ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist auf jedem Fall für Paare, Familien zu empfehlen, die in Ruhe Entspannen wollen. Das Meer erreicht man in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Selbst mehrere Pools können bei Bedarf genutzt werden. Von uns gibt es auf jeden Fall beide Daumen nach oben!

Eine schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Anlage! Fabelhafter Blick aufs Meer!!!
Die sehr saubere, gemütliche Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Tolle Lage , mit direktem Blick zum Meer. Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ! Vermieter und die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. DANKE für einen wunderschönen Urlaub an der Costa Blanca. Beste Grüße

2 schöne Monate am Strand von Guardamar
Tolle Lage an einem kilometer langen Traumstrand ,sehr schöne Wohnanlage mit großemPoolbereich leider nicht im Winter geheizt .Alles Top gepflegt auch sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption immer hilfsbereit.Die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber nicht ungemütlich schöne Terazze mit einem tollen Meerblick es haben nur 2 Liegen gefehlt zum sonnen,schade .Die Wohnug ideal für Pärchen !
