No parking. A practical studio apartment with everything you need for your stay, located near shopping centers, restaurants, and embassies, just 10 minutes from the airport. You can walk throughout the city’s Zona Viva. From the apartment’s balcony, you can see the northern part of the city, and you can go up to the rooftop to watch the sunsets with the volcanoes as a backdrop. If you get around by motorcycle or scooter, you can park it in our basement at no cost.
The Space
The apartment features a kitchenette, a small refrigerator, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a Smart TV. It does NOT have parking for cars—only for motorcycles.
Guest Access
The apartment is a studio; you may use everything inside the apartment. Upon arrival at the building, the front desk will assist you with the check-in process. Once you confirm your reservation, we’ll send you a form with the building’s requirements.
