”El costo beneficio es aceptable. Personal amable. Lo único que me pasó fue que me pidieron hacer la salida a las 10 am aunque en la reservación se me indicó que era 11am ”

”Es un hostel con todo lo básico necesario. Cerca de todas las atracciones coloniales y con desayuno incluído. Un staff atento y amable. El único inconveniente fue que luego de hacer check out, dejé mensaje esa misma noche y llamé al siguiente día para solicitar del servicio de limpieza de cuarto, una buena camiseta de fútbol que dejé en la esquina de la cama, pero desapareció, o sea, me indicaron como que no estaba. Estoy segurísimo que la dejé y en donde la dejé en el cuarto entre las frisas...

”Me escribieron una semana después de la reservación para indicar que Expedia tenia problemas con su sistema y que no había disponibilidad”

”During my recent stay in Antigua, I found the staff at Hot Chipilin to be exceptional. They were friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a welcome respite from the day’s activities. I would like to thank the staff for making my vacation such a pleasant one. ”

”They double charge you. The room smelled gross and there were mosquitos everywhere. Despite this, it was cheap, safe, staff was nice.”

”La habitación tiene el mobiliario en mal estado en general. Poco espacio para poner las maletas y colgar toallas. No dan llave de lampuerta de entrada del hotel, por lo que complica salir y llegar cuando no hay nadie en recepción (nos pasó). La cafetería muy básica y el desayuno pago con poca cantidad e ingredientes. El personal es muy amable afortunadamente Los trabajadores amables”

”Hotel Sol is an excellent choice to stay when visiting the Panajachel area. Unlike many other places in the area, the building is secure, very clean, the rooms are big, the shower (hot and cold water) actually works, and the staff are attentive and helpful. Although the hotel is in the periphery of Panachel, for less than $1 (5 quetzales) you can hop into a tuck-tuck and go anywhere in Panajachel. I have stayed in several places in the area and Hotel Sol is my number one choice.”

”Special mention to the front desk person Sandy. She really helped me out with flight changes, went above and beyond. The room was nice, sharing one bathroom with 6 people it was quite dirty but once the cleaners came through it was fine. great location and if you aren't there in the morning for breakfast they make a sandwich for you to take with you. ”
