Our apartment has been completely renovated. Originally a state-of-the-art office space now converted into a minimalistic, elegant, and spacious 3 bedroom loft with an amazing view. The apartment is located in one of the most safe and prestigious areas of Guayaquil. Close to everything and still quiet enough to rest.

The place is unique because of its spirit. Once a state of the art office space now transformed into a fun modern space to enjoy with family or friends.
Modern finishes, pool table, tv lounge and much more to enjoy. Our place is also located close to hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops. A 7 minute ride to or from the airport. Minutes away from three shopping malls.

A host will meet you to exchange keys at a coordinated time. Check-in is available between 15:00 and 18:00. If you prefer to check in after 18:00, a $20 transportation fee will apply to ensure safe transportation for the person checking you in after regular hours. This fee can be paid in cash at check-in or upfront via the app, depending on your preference.

We are available for our guests whenever they need us! But we understand and keep our distance so that our guests maintain their privacy and tranquility.
