”Hotel looks new. Rooms are new too, but sheets and towels were dirty. We found one towel with, literally the mark of the shoe, folded with the clean hand towels. People were complaining about not having staff to check in, but we never had a problem with that. I called them in morning and they pick up the phone immediately. When we arrived to check in at 8pm, a nice lady was there at the front desk; right behind us, came 4 or 5 ladies clapping and being sarcastic about having staff at the front...
