The Gite les Rosiers offers beautiful volumes allowing everyone to enjoy their space, privacy and all the comfort necessary for a successful holiday.

You will appreciate its large garden with trees and shade, ideal for relaxing, taking a nap or sharing moments with your family.

The location is ideal for exploring the region on foot or by bike thanks to the Vélocéan cycle path, which can be reached in the immediate vicinity.

The famous Guérande market is held every Wednesday and Saturday, the perfect opportunity to discover local products.

Just 200 metres from the house, you will find a children's playground, a cinema and a media library for young and old.PGJyPg
A large shopping area is also accessible in a few minutes by car or on foot, to facilitate your daily life during your stay.

Arrival can be done independently thanks to a key box, or we can welcome you personally depending on availability. The house is accessible by a small quiet cul-de-sac, and you can easily park your vehicle in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
Regarding the cleaning it will be done between each tenant, we ask everyone to make the accommodation suitable (trash can and dishwasher emptied, beds unmade...) the information will be communicated to you when you arrive.

We offer different services and options:
- Cleaning during and at the end of your stay (Paid option)
- Grocery delivery Via the Leclerc Drive in Guérande for your arrival
- luggage delivery or passenger transport via the Gare de la Baule (paid option)
- Dry cleaning service with collection and delivery to the cottage
(depending on the availability of our partner customer rate)

We live in the house next door and remain available throughout your stay if you need help or information.
