”My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the azalaï hotel in Dakar in January and we loved it. The premises are in excellent condition. The service and the food is amazing. Someone opened the door of the taxi and someone else took us to our room, I forgot his name, he was very helpful, giving us all the informations and phone numbes needed and showing us how the TV works, I felt very pampered straight from the beginning. ”Safety box was out off order, caffe automatic out off order. When we checked out in the reception, the officer said, that the room price includes only ONE breakfast and he charged another price or we must pay Five Breakfast more, because we were five nights there.”

”Overall, the hotel was fine, but not really 5* standard. The rooms are very standard "Accor rooms", with plasticy bathrooms and quite basic amenities. My shower was only partially working during the stay. Not that there were any major problems during my stay, and the staff were nice, but it's very hard to tell the difference between this and an Ibis for example.”

”The place was clean and gorgeous. Staff (guards and cleaners) were great and provided the needed service with a smile and effortless care. The Manager, Mr. Barry, is wonderful. He always reached out to see if anything was needed, but most importantly was instantly available to answer questions. He is easy going, professuonal and respectful.
