”The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. ”Issue with no towels provided this was eventually resolved after numerous messages, kitchen appliance not clean. House was spacious and comfortable if we hadn’t had the issues listed stay would have been good.”

”Stayed for two nights in room 1. Staff were fantastic. Lovely breakfast on both days. Nice meal sitting outside in the sun. The wi fi was very good which is important as the phone service is non existent in this area. The village is quiet and picturesque.”

”We loved staying in this property. It had so much charm and was very well kept. It was very close to Guildford which was great for walking in to go to the pubs and shops. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train which was excellent for commuting into London. Would definitely recommend. The only caution I would say is that the stairs are very steep so if staying with elderly or young kids to be mindful. Otherwise great stay!”
