The house is older and a very traditional beach house, but with some nice, open concept, spaces with comfy furnishings to hang out in, and the water is right there. The neighborhood is super quiet, the kitchen had everything we needed for basic cooking and the bookshelves were full of amazing books. ”This house was an interesting place to stay and very convenient for our visit to Guilford and Madison. The first floor had a lot of space to share food in the kitchen, and to relax in the living room. Kitchen was well stocked with things to use for the basics. It's a little odd that there isn't a table under the low lamp in the dining area. Two nice bedrooms upstairs, but people should realize that in one bedroom there is a low platform bed, not a regular bed. It may not work for everyone to be...
