”Nice hotel to stay !”

”Exceptional service! The reception team was wonderful—always kind, attentive and happy to help. Even after checkout, they carefully arranged delivery of a toiletry bag we had left behind. The breakfast was very good, too. Their warmth and thoughtful care made our family’s stay truly special. Highly recommended!”

”Excellent! Good service, friendly staff. Excellent location. Would visit again!”

”Clean big room. No carpet! Breakfast had multiple different choices both western and chinese ones. Good coffee.”

”Perfect from arrival to end. Clean and up to date hotel. Comfortable rooms.”

”スタッフが親切で、チェックイン時のトラブルも丁寧に対応してくれました。お部屋も綺麗でまた利用したいです。 また市街地の中心部にあるので、とても便利です。”

”Centrally located. Four floors total. We got a nice view of the water facing the lake. Staff was extremely helpful and they go out of their way to help. Tip: get WeChat App and add the hotel contact and communicate with the language of your choice (ours: English). Breakfast was good but they don’t know how to make omelets which was disappointing! All in all great experience. Hotel manager: ask your chef to learn to make omelets.”

”Nettes Resort Hotel mit schonen Terrassenzimmern mit Aussicht auf die Berge. Sehr hilfreiches Personal.”

”不错”

”Wonderful stay. As seen in photos. Shower had very good water pressure and hot. Hotel staff helpful. Free use of moped and laundry. Paid Chinese massage was excellent and I would recommend.”

”It’s good breakfast . Staffs friendly and helpful ”

”Not easy to find this place”

”Our room was large and comfortable with big picture windows looking at the mountains with a good-sized modern bathroom. The hotel is a lovely old style building with beautiful Chinese furniture. The owner of the hotel was charming and helpful and showed us where to have an excellent dinner in a Chinese restaurant nearby in the village. She even drove us to the nearby Reed Flute Cave as we were unable to call a taxi, and when we left she called a taxi for us and told the driver where to leave...

”The pool was out of service not sure why The room was clean and the staff very helpful about 45 minutes from the center of the city”

”We stayed here on a family trip and I love how the family rooms are separated by a curtain to give you some privacy and has two temp controls which is very helpful as two of us run hot and the other enjoy the heat. Staff were lovely and super helpful in assisting with arranging transportation. The resident dogs are also very friendly and love all the guests that come through.”

”La pulizia e la cortesia dello staff alberghiero”
