It has a bathroom with bathtub, independent kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and living room with satellite TV, a comfortable sofa and exit to the fantastic terrace of the house, with dining table, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch, relax and sunbathe. It also has a communal swimming pool and solarium in the quiet residential complex in which it is located.

With the beach just a few steps from the house, in a nice village full of walking areas, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. It also has a magnificent connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.
