Navarre Beach is about 20 minutes away, and the airport is an easy 30-minute drive. Golfers will love being able to walk to the first tee at Tiger Point Country Club.

Inside, the home offers approximately 2,500 square feet of inviting living space with four bedrooms and two and a half baths, thoughtfully designed for both relaxing and entertaining. The primary suite features a garden tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and an oversized walk-in closet. Cozy living areas with comfortable seating and a streaming-ready TV make it easy to unwind after a day at the beach. A dedicated office space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi make remote work simple if needed.

The kitchen is well-equipped for gathering, with breakfast bar seating for three and a dining table that seats six comfortably. Whether you’re cooking in or grabbing takeout from nearby favorites, it’s a great space to come together.

This home is both pet-friendly and kid-friendly. Pets are welcome with a fully fenced yard—please just be courteous and clean up after your fur babies. For beach days, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a rolling ice chest. Traveling with little ones is easy with a Pack ’n Play crib, highchair, children’s books, and kids’ dinnerware available.

Parking is plentiful with a two-car garage, driveway parking, and space for trailer parking. Please note there is no street parking. Easy access off Highway 98 makes getting around simple.
