”Upon check in the staff on duty was talking fast and mumbling and it was a little hard to understand him. The room was VERY spacious and very nicely appointed. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was useless because they did not have utensils to eat any of the food, so we ate dry cereal out of the box and yogurt using the foil from the cover of the container. ”Room was clean. No way to toddler/kid proof the door so it just opens without a top latch. Security rushed us out the parking lot at 11:00am on the dot even as he saw us loading everything into the car. Food at the bar&grill was good but the serving sizes were NOT worth the price. My children ate adult size meals and were still hungry.. 7 fried shrimp and about 9 French fries for $18.99+ tax 😳 the staff at both the hotel and bar&grill were friendly.”

”The room was very clean and matched the pictures exactly! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room did have a kitchenette; if you are interested in an extended stay you can ask the front desk for cookware and they will have some available for a $50 deposit, which was promptly returned once our stay was over. The cleaning staff did a good job refreshing the room and were unobtrusive. I would highly recommend staying at this location and will do so myself on future trips to Houston.”

”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”

We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...

”Very short-staffed team trying to handle everything instead of hiring more people. The gap between the door and the floor is too large, allowing light and noise from the hallway to come into the room all night. The cleaning was excellent, but we found the coffee maker very dirty from the previous guest.”

”Basic clean room. Pesticide smell was overwhelming and triggered an asthma attack. Clearing was not friendly. Breakfast was cereal.”
