”We were travelling with another couple and decided to stay Gold level which includes breakfast, lounge access and evening nibbles. It was so nice to be able to have an area to gather other than our room or a bar. Had a fabulous time, and the staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. We will be back!”
”The resort has improved its service s lot since our last visit last year. Great pool and large, comfortable rooms. The pool never has towels and now, rather than simply offer enough towels, a staff member occasionally shakes the guests down to see if they took more than one towel or if they're sneaking towns to their room. Like, we were questioned about our towels and had to give our room number and name to be allowed to leave the pool area when THERE WERE NO TOWELS for guests to use. He was...
”Beautiful setting and views. Fine dining or pub food and room service. The room was large with a fireplace and balcony with table and chairs, huge TV. Separate tub and shower. Floor to ceiling windows with dark see-through shades. Quiet and peaceful. Literally a block to the Mill Bay ferry. Very nice. Will stay again.”
”We got in super late (around 2am) and had an issue with the door getting into our suite. Called at 2am and a gentleman called us right back in 30 seconds to solve the issue. Also had an issue with the TP holder and he said we were all set no issues. Location was also perfect, within walking distance of almost everything downtown. ”

”The room was clean and a nice size. It had a fridge, microwave and a coffee / tea maker, which was very convenient. The staff was helpful, and the bus stopped right across the street from the hotel. It was a little further from downtown than I thought it would be (30+ minute walk), but I don't mind walking so that didn't bother me.
