”The house was clean and very well organized. I especially appreciated the kitchen labels reminding us where everything belonged. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The check in process was a breeze.The only issue that we had was seeing the turn in to the driveway when we were coming upon it when headed north. That being said, we would definitely book this property again. ”

”Very cute property! The older house has so much charm, especially with the antique decor. The sunroom is nice and you have private access to the dining room, bed, and bathroom. There are the usual amenities plus a small breakfast and coffee bar, which was a really nice touch. ”We only had one night but it was perfect for me, my granddaughter and her 3 kids. The two bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for the adults and the kids slept on the sofa and sofa bed very comfortably. Would have liked a later checkout but overall we had a very pleasant stayl”

”It was a wonderful stay. The dishwasher was not working when we arrived, but the staff was kind and helpful. It is a very peaceful place, and the private beach is my favorite! We will be staying again! ”

”Love the location of this place! Close to NAS Pensacola and even closer to downtown Pensacola which has several places to eat and enjoy! House was clean and it was easy to communicate when we needed something. One thing to keep in mind is this house is definitely not new, it is nearing almost 100 years old so will have some of those old house quirks. Well stocked kitchen! Would stay again! ”

”Perfect location for our sailing competition at the Pensacola Yacht Club. Easy parking, nice patios with water views, great washer and dryer, 3 en-suite bathrooms made it easy to share with friends. The house was clean and well stocked without clutter. The beds were comfortable and towels were thick. Everything was perfect.”

”I love how we didn’t have to get anything for the house as in shampoo/dish soap/ laundry detergent. The beds were really comfortable but the bunk beds were a little noisy when you move. Other than that I would stay here again.”
