”La evitación estaba sucia el toilet no descargaba bien tenía manchas en la paredes del techo como si fuera moho y tenía mucha peste a humedad las colchas y las toallas estaban sucias la cortina del baño está manchada de moho”

”Next to a truck stop very noisy. Didn’t get much sleep. Worst breakfast out of all our hotels on our Texas tour trip”

”The property is not the cleanest or nicest, but for the price it’s OK. They’re very short on staff to the point that housekeeping is almost nonexistent, and for a two night stay for two people, we were given two towels… And despite repeated request for towels, we were told ”no one showed up to do the laundry” so there were none available. On the Sunday morning, breakfast was not even put out other than coffee and some mini muffins because “no one’s available to prepare it”.”

”The first room they gave us had a horrible smell. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the wall. The second the inside lock was broken and it had no towels. We made the best of the situation but I’ll never book here again. The only thing that did work was the a/c”

”They say that I didn’t paid for reservation so that’s why they gave my room to someone else when I call the hotel they said the don’t have any room left”

”The shower was so small I couldn’t even turn around in it. The “continental breakfast” was beyond lackluster. They didn’t even have any fruit!”

”Lot of construction, try to check in a hr early to attend a funeral they charge me $25.00, I am a repeat customer.”

”Hotel was nice and clean! The location was also good.”

”Air conditioner in our room barley worked, kept finding dead bugs everywhere. The listing photos were a little misleading.”

”I spend the night in a room where the air conditioner didnt work. At best it was a fan. Then they brought me a fan which wasn't enough. So had a miserable night in a humid room. Also, bed was too hard.”

”Lobby rest room was closed. We were told that our room was sold when we got there, no communication prior. Large cardboard boxes in lobby Front desk clerk (lady) was abrasive and dismissive and unhelpful We were happy to go elsewhere.”

”The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel could use some updates. The elevator takes forever and they smelled terrible. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. It wasn't amazing, but it was a good place to stay for a short trip price was ok with it being across from the beach, could have been cheaper. The breakfast was nothing but starch no meats. If you would like a good breakfast go to Gypsy joint the food was delicious.”

”The pool was nice and breakfast was good except the need for more protein. The rooms were average and the hotel is priced right. I do like the fact that we had a fridge microwave and coffee maker in the room. Front staff were helpful and nice.”

”The flooring is damaged, there was a fan in the hallway on the floor, the wifi was down, and the light fixtures had some kind rusty wear and tear on it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The night clerk was very hospitable. I did get a message the weekend before saying they had wifi problems but hoped it would be restored by the time I arrived. It wasn’t.”

”The staff are completely rude. Check-in is at 4:00 my room wasn’t cleaned and ready till 5:00. The hotel is not up to date at all. The pictures are completely misleading. The shower heads spray water everywhere and the rods are falling out of the wall. The swimming pool was disgusting, the lounge chairs are full of bird poop as well as many being torn. We saw cockroaches at the pool as well. The elevator never worked or worked very poorly where you don’t know if the door is gonna open or you...

”Well, our door kept getting jammed and at one point we were stuck in the room and couldn't get out. Certainly didn't help that the lady who answered the phone to help us was rude and snappy. There was mold growing in our vent, the A/C didn't work well unless it was completely turned down, the mini fridge barely cools, the pillows are WAY too big for anyone to sleep comfortably on, the bathroom was a mess, the bed was made with all sheets inside out and the breakfast was far over-priced and not...

”Our room smelled so bad and the sofa bed was dirty nasty and stained . Bath tube filled with water when showering. The fridge didn’t keep drinks cold milk went bad”

”Parking lot seemed a little sketchy because a professional looking police camera was set up in parking lot. Needs remodeling and needs more staff. Needs new beds and bedding. Stay on 4 th floor if you want to avoid so much noise. Walls are thin. Breakfast was also a 2 star. The price seemed really good but for 50 a day more could have been much better and more centrally located. That all being said I wont be staying at this particular Laquinta again.”
