Quaint area to vacation

Well kept place away from the hustle of the town but close enough to enjoy the touristy entertainment. Really enjoyed the location. The downfall was only 2 cars could park and the few businesses in the area would not allow us to park for a few day. We finally found a chevron who would allow us to park 14 miles away from the complex.

Great getaway

Location is great and very easy to get to the beach. The pictures of the room are much nicer than the room, but overall we were comfortable and it’s a good condo for the nightly cost. We had a great time! The beds are comfortable. One improvement would be utensils, pots and pans.

Wonderful property

This condo was well equipped. I had questions for the management. They were very friendly and helpful. The area and resort complex was wonderful and well equipped. It was a great stay for a family. I highly recommend the unit and the location. Also, an added bonus being that it’s a ground floor location, that truly helps when moving multiple children in and out of the room.

Everything was great except the fact we didn’t have washer and dryer in our condo. The wash room was close by but $5 to wash and dry a load plus the time to wait on it. With a family sometimes washing is a must. Other then that great place for a family to stay!!

Family Spring Break

The facilities are clean, seem updated and quiet. You are away from the busy part of Gulf Shores and the crowds, but close enough. We went for softball at the Sports Complex. The rooms were clean and had what we needed. It’s a condo so you will need to bring your own toiletries beyond the starter shampoos and detergents. We did have a tiny surprise when a hose broke on the back of the fridge. Completely unpredictable but someone was at our door in about 10 minutes to fix it. I would definitely stay here again!

July vacation

This was our first time staying here and it was a great experience. Condo was just as described. The outdoor pools were also nice and the indoor was a great option! Jackie was so easy to communicate with! We will definitely stay again!

Great beach vacation!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the beach! It was pleasantly a very short walk to the beach--you can see the beach from the window. Rooms were very clean. We loved our stay at this location! Highly recommended!

The room was smaller than expected. Beautiful place and family friendly. Floors had not been cleaned well. Had a TINY kitchen. Fridge bumped island when opening it's so tiny. Water handles in tubs needs to be replaced and guest room beds are super small.

Great getaway!

Great location and clean!

Condo is in great location as it is so close to the pools, tennis courts, and the beach. Was very clean which is a big thing for me (germaphobe). Would recommend to anyone. Two teens (boy and girl) who hate sharing a room but because the beds were full size and had some room in-between, they were all good. Only thing that I would have liked to have was a bit of cupboard space to put some food items. Host was super friendly and responded right away to any questions!

Nice condo

The condo was just right for me and my wife and son. Very clean and updated. Location was good and ground floor made easy access to load and unload. Fort Morgan is a good area to get away from the crowds in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. We will stay again.

Ladies Getaway

The condo was nice and clean. The location and parking area was great. Gated community with security. The condo is located on the first floor. Easy access to your car and the beach. It has a nicely furnhised kitchen , but we ate all our meals out so we did not use the stove. There are plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils, if you plan on cooking. The condo could use some new bed pillows . The ones provided are real thin . They have plenty of pools and hot tubs, right by this room. It is located from the crowded surrounding area, but it is a nice drive to orange beach to eat. Great restaurants in Orange Beach. Tacky Jacks is just down the road. We j had great food there. If you are looking for a nice, clean condo away from the crowd, this is a great place to go.

Semi-private getaway, nice condo, fun location

We typically go to Orange Beach but after the Brett-Robinson prices almost doubled, we decided to try something different. The condo was very nice, other than the footplate on the front door which was hanging out and could have cut someone's toe off. We had tools so we are able to fix it and avoid any issues. We loved the convenience of this unit! We literally parked 3 feet from the back door so we could hand groceries to someone standing on the porch and they could put things up. This unit was basically in the middle of all the pools, hangout areas, tennis court, putting greens, grills. We had a pool in front and behind us. The walk to the beach was very easy and the beach was outstanding! I would say there were about 1/4 of the people that you see at Orange Beach. There were enough people for it to be exciting, but not so many that it is overwhelming! We were initially a bit apprehensive about being so far away but we were only about 12 miles from ACME, Tacky Jacks, Lulus, Waterville, etc. We even drove to Orange Beach to hang out with friends and eat at Docs. I liked being out a bit because I didn't run to the store for every little thing we needed. In the past, every time you go to the store, you spend $100. I did not have that problem this year! We made due :) If you needed something, there was a Dollar General 3 miles, and 9 miles away. Also, check out the Boozy Butcher which was next to the Dollar General 9 miles away on the left! He had a great selection of meats for a reasonable price! We would go again!!

Awesome property!

The check-in process was very simple. The room was very clean. The property manager made sure to call to see if we needed anything and was very friendly. I would definitely rent here again.
