Your family will be close to everything when you state at this centrally-located place. There is a big pool with wrap around decking and bbq grills on site. The unit is right across the road the beach and has easy access within walking distance. Right down the road is the famous Hangout and other great restaurants to enjoy with the family.

Sand everywhere when we arrived! In every bed and the floor was covered! And I don’t mean just a little sand. Called and messaged the manager the day we got there and never got a call back. Microwave kept tripping breaker. Towels were folded but wet. Dishes were in cabinets but dirty. Vacuum cleaner had to be cleaned before we could use it because it was so full of dirt and sand. Drier took forever to dry clothes I’m sure to vent needed a cleaning super bad. Open food was left in cabinets. Shower was disgusting with hair and dried soap bars. TV didn’t work in main bedroom. Make sure you bring trash bags and toilet paper because there was none. There was a box fan upstairs that was missing a blade. Lots of burnt out light bulbs. Pool was closed part of the time. On the positive side the location was decent. No real public beach access without driving down the street. The A/C worked good.

Pros: pool was really good. Access to beach once we found the short cut. Liked code to get in so no keys needed. A/C worked good. Washer/dryer in condo. Lots of towels. People were friendly. Cons: generally clean but needs a good cleaning. Lots of dust behind Tv under bed etc. TV in bedroom did not work. I would not put 8 people in the condo. Bathroom way too small for 8. Attic access was missing panel. Bathroom needs attention. Paint off walls, just needs general maintenance Needs curtains on windows. Only had blinds and people walk by. Curtains would add more privacy

The property was very nice & in an excellent location. The only complaint is it could have been cleaner & everyone needs more than 1 roll on toilet paper for a week.

Good location
The location and condo as a whole were nice and within walking distance to the beach and a couple restaurants. As far as inside of the condo, the bare minimum was provided. No dish soap, one roll of toilet paper, etc. I understand these items are not guaranteed but something I like to know ahead of time. There was also very limited dishes/pots/pans available with a couple of them still being very dirty and completely unwashed in the cabinets from the last visitors. The stairs going up to the loft also felt somewhat unstable and would not be great for adults or larger people for an extended stay. The shower drain was also clogged and the tub would fill with water during showers.

Worked for us
This condo was fine. The pool is directly in front of the unit, down the stairs, which was nice. It was a walkable distance to the Hangout area that was very convenient for the festival we were going to. We didn't find a beach access across the street that we could walk to, so ended up having to drive to a public beach access. The condo itself was nice. It would have been nice to have a few more personal touches though. It was very minimal what was provided. One roll of toilet paper for a week stay, no soap dispenser in bathroom or kitchen, no sponge or anything to wash dishes (yes, there was a dishwasher, but we didn't want to run it every day), no pot holders or anything for the oven, and there were dirty pots and pans in the cabinets. Also, there were 2 TV's in the master bedroom, neither of which worked. I contacted the host and was told it was a smart TV, but it definitely was not. I think a previous guest must have taken the new smart TV upstairs, because there was one up there. There was a channel guide for cable, but cable was not connected. Just minor inconveniences that we were able to work around. Also, parking is tight, especially if you drive a full size truck or SUV.

Easy and affordable
Condo was cute and fit everyone with no issue. We had everything we needed for the short amount of time we spent in the unit. Only challenge was the spiral staircase and luggage. We had to leave our suitcases on the downstairs floor. And it was tricky going down the stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night. One thing to consider with young children as the queen bed is downstairs.

Home away from home
This is the second time we have stayed and this is the only place i want to stay. The location is perfect beach across the street lagoon in the back. Condo furnished with everything you need. The pool is big and private.

Perfect spot for our quick trip!
We planned a 4 day trip very last minute and were worried that we would regret it because the price of the condo was so affordable. We were very pleasantly surprised. The condo is very clean, the neighbors were quiet and friendly, it was stocked with everything we needed! Perfect spot for a family or group of friends. We will definitely be back. 😁

Perfect for a out of state tournament
Great place to stay for a soccer Tournament in Foley. Wish I could have walked straight across the street to beach had to walk 3 blocks. Had everything we needed....needs a few extra blankets. Maybe some cutrtains on the main bedroom window because the light that stays on that leads to the pool stays on all night and its bright.very Dusty on the window lids and AC vent in kiichen. Carpet up stairs in loft needs to be changed. Not my favorite but my son loved the loft. Their was a musky smell Im assuming from carpet in loft but your senses got use to them not overwhelming.

My best friend and I took our kids to the beach together and we haven’t gotten our kids together like that in years so we weren’t exactly sure how the one bathroom and sleeping situation would turn out but it was perfect. There’s so much to do in that area & we could come and go as we pleased (on foot or by car) so no one had to feel on top of one another. We pretty much just sleep there. We had a slight issue that happens to every property just normal day to day stuff nothing at fault of theirs and after mentioning it he was out immediately. I appreciated the ease of access, how the condo was located directly over the pool, and the convenience of having a store next door for last minute essentials! There were 2 flights of stairs so be aware of that. So glad we came and such a great place for a great price and no nonsense going on there from what I saw.

Condo was nice. The pool was down the first couple of days due to maintenance but that wasnt the owners fault. Enjoyed our stay. Its a little ways from the beach entrance but once we sat our stuff up using the public beach parking entrance it was a pleasant walk back to the condo. Would definitely book again

Disappointing stay, but it got the job done.
Pros- unit is directly across from the pool, and the pool is good for all ages with a 7’ end and a 3’ end. Master bed was pretty comfortable/slept well. The atmosphere was very chill and casual. Cons- the access email sent to us didn’t contain any door lock code, so after a 15hr drive we had to sit in a nearby restaurant in a thunderstorm with tired kiddos for about 30-45 min trying to get ahold of the owner, eventually contacting VBRO for help to get our code. The unit was not clean to my expectation, with very dusty air vents, fan blades and refrigerators that you can see from the upper level loft. We immediately turned off all fans, because of dust allergies. The bathroom vent has black mold in it. Several upstairs drawers had sand in them, so wasn’t clean to put clothes in. The response from the owner was that it’s cleaned between stays, but deep cleaned only every several months. I don’t know how many months between, but it was unsettling. (The beds/cooking surfaces/etc were clean) Neutral- The parking lot was partially flooded due to the rainy season, so it was challenging to get to our assigned parking spot. The parking spot was very narrow, and I had a hard time squeezing my Equinox in it. Anyone driving a full size vehicle would need to utilize the small overflow lot by the dock. There is no elevator, and this is a second floor unit. Be ready to carry all your stuff up two flights of stairs.

It was a really nice condo, steps from the pool and a block or so from the beach. Only issue is the proximity to restaurants. There are only about 4 within walking distance and there is very limited coverage by Uber, Lyft, & Taxi service

Hidden treasure
This is the second time using vrbo and once again everything was perfect. Great location beach access walking distance to tourist spots. It had everything you would need even some extras for the kids entertainment. The owner/ manager was so nice making sure check in was easy and we had what we needed. This was affordable and exactly as advertised. A lovely hidden treasure that we would love to stay at next year. Thanks so much!
