    Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family! Skip the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!



    Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor prized East corner directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, and new to the rental market!!



    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with a beverage cooler, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms and sofa sleeper queen for sleeping up to 16!



    There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

    Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this property. We love the location and the layout of the unit fits our family of 12 perfectly. This unit is beautiful and was very clean.

Exceeded Expectations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The condo was great but the weather prevented us from getting any beach time. I requested a late check out because Sunday was going to be a great day, but was denied even though the property was not rented out for the next week. Paid a lot of money to stay in the condo.

Overall it was a great unit! The floor upon check in was not clean. There was also not good communication with the host. We had a couple of issues that were taken care of but there was no correspondence back from the host at all. The people just showed up unexpectedly without any message back or scheduling.

Overall this was a nice place except the bedding was not freshly washed nor did the sheets properly fit the uncomfortable mattresses. The floors clearly have not been cleaned in some time. Location and beach access were great. Responsive when requested bath linens as there were a limited amount initially.

Overall the room was very spacious for a big family and the beach views were amazing! We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Left over food and coffee was left, food was found under cabinets along with other items, clothes were left behind, and the bed had stains. There was sand all over the floor, which I know some you can’t help but have but overall I wasn’t sure if the room was cleaned at all. The room was overall good for price, but very sad on how nasty it was.

This condo was the perfect place for our large family vacation. The condo is clean and comfortable. It has plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The parking, pool, and beach access were very convenient. We spent a lot of time on the very large patio. Plenty of seating everywhere, except for the dining table. I wish it had eight chairs as there is plenty of room for two more. You will want to pack dishwasher and laundry detergent, and toiltet paper as they get you started with a very small amount.

Parking and access was amazing. View was great. Communication was bad. The beds were not acceptable. My wife went and slept on the couch one night. Our backs hurt the whole trip. Bring your own TP and trash bags. They don’t respond when you email them. View was great. They need to replace the beds asap.

We will definitely come back to this place. Views were amazing! Condo was clean and had easy access to parking, beach, pools. Kids loved the pools.

This was the best condo we’ve stayed in. We love West Beach, as the traffic is easier on this side, and the beach is less crowded. The walk to the ocean was shorter than most condos, which made it easier for our elderly (and slow) parents. The condo was very spacious, clean, and our teenagers (13-19 yrs) loved the pools and slide. There was plenty of seating for our families totaling 10. The positives definitely outweighed the few negatives. The parking was easy, and we were able to park close to the door on the 3rd floor every time. We didn’t use the elevators much, but there are four of them, and we never had to wait long. The only downside was the memory foam beds(not firm enough for the men in our group) and the old skillets we used to make eggs are pretty old and scratched up. We’ll definitely stay here again, as long as they’re still renting. Thank you for sharing your beach condo with us!

Family fun trip

This place was wonderful! Very close parking, unloading carts easily accessible, very friendly staff especially the security staff!! Everything was very clean and stocked! So close to the beach and the pools were great!! We will definitely make this an annual family destination. Thank you!

Family Vacation!

Our family had an excellent time!!! The condo exceed our expectations! The location on the 3rd floor was perfect for a family with lots of kids going back and forth to the pools! Everything was perfect we plan to stay again!!
