Täst��� 4. kerroksen nurmikkorakennuksesta voit nauttia suorasta näkymäst�� Meksikonlahdelle ja hiekkavalkoiselle rannalle olohuoneesta, makuuhuoneesta ja parvekkeesta! Erityisominaisuuksiin kuuluvat lepotuoli, 3 HDTV: tä, 3 DVD-soitinta, vuodesohva, WIFI. Rentoudu kauniissa Persianlahden puolella Avalon-uima-altaassa ja porealtaassa tai kävele rantakadulla loputtomalle rannalle, joka on kaukana väkijoukoista. Omistaja on klubitalon jäsen, joten vieraat voivat käyttä�� mukavuuksia, katso lisätietoja alla.

    Tämä huoneisto on loistava pariskunnille! Kuningas makuuhuoneessa yksityisesti vieressä kaksinkertainen pesuallas turhamaisuus vaatehuone ja suuri poreallas. Queen-huone on yksityisesti vieressä kylpyamme. Kahden hengen huoneissa on yksityinen kylpyamme. Puolihoito sijaitsee sisäänk��ynnin alueella ja sopii kaikille. Kaikissa huoneissa on runsaasti säilytystiloja, taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin.

    Keitti�� on hyvin varustettu kaikella, mit���� tarvitaan aterian valmistukseen. Laitteet ovat täysikokoisia ja niissä on astianpesukone. Tarjolla on kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin, käsisekoitin ja tölkinavaaja. Pesukone / kuivausrumpu sijaitsee kätevästi käyttöalueella.

    Huoneessa on sänky, vuodesohva, kylpyamme ja keittiön liinavaatteet. Tuo rantapyyhkeet. Näiden perusasioiden "One Day" -toimitus tarjotaan kätevästi: kahvia, pyyhkeitä, astianpesuaineita, pyykinpesuaineita, roskapussia, wc-paperia, kylpysaippua, shampoa ja hoitoaine. Ota mukaan meikkipyyhkeet.

    Ilman lisämaksuja voit suojella ravintoloita ja baareja, joissa on ulkoruokaa, Club Clubin toisessa kerroksessa ja klubitalon ensimmäisessä kerroksessa sijaitsevassa salongissa ja spa-tilassa. Voit myös suojella vapaa-ajan urheilubaaria ja -ravintolaa, jäätelöä / kahvilaa sek�� rannan toimitus- ja vaatekaupan lähellä kiinteist����n sisäänk���yntiä. Kausiluonteisesti raitiovaunu kulkee koko kiinteistön ympäri, mutta voit nauttia luonnonkauniista kävellen ja pysähtyä eritt��in mukavan leikkikentän, jossa on dioja ja keinut. Tuo polkupy����r����t tai pakkaa koripallo, kiinteistön länsipäässä on koripallo. Voit myös vuokrata rantatuoleja, maksaa purjelautailua ja muita aktiviteetteja klubin pöydän rannalla. Vuodesohvat, joissa on sateenvarjoiden vuokraus, vaihtelevat vuokrattujen asetusten ja päivien mukaan. Halvat rantatuolit ja -tuotteet voidaan kuitenkin ostaa paikallisesti, mutta omistaja ei toimita niitä.

    A410: n omistaja on Klubin jäsen, joten klubitalon yksityiset mukavuudet ovat saatavilla p��ivitt��isell�� maksulla, joka maksetaan henkilökohtaisesti Club Deskissä valitsemiesi päivien aikana. Hinta vaihtelee käytettyjen p����ivien m���ärän mukaan, mutta yleensä keskimäärin noin 30 dollaria. 00 per päivä per huoneisto, ei per henkilö. Nauti lahdenäkym��stä klubin yksityisistä palveluista: Sisäuima-allas, ulkouima-allas, jossa on kausiluonteista viihdettä, poreallas, tiki-baari ja grilli sekä kuntokeskus. Our room was very spacious and well appointed. The view was amazing! The beds were quite comfy! Loved having all the bathroom space! The host was very responsive when contacted. There was rarely a wait at the elevators. Having multiple pools to choose from and the boardwalk grill are both a HUGE plus! We enjoyed our stay despite the rain that fell every. Single. Day!

Amazing views

Condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room and had pretty much everything we needed. The best part was the huge balcony with a spectacular view of the gulf. Already planning a return trip!

Family vacation

We love the beach club. This condo was not what we are used to but still enjoyed our stay. I will definitely be back just in a different unit.

Relaxing vacation

Loved our stay here! Unit was clean and comfortable. Clubhouse and grounds were kept maintained and staff was friendly. We loved that it was more remote, but if you’re looking for a lot to do outside the grounds this is not the place for you. Need to go to Gulf Shores for that (but it’s only a half hour away).

Amazing view!

We just returned home after spending a week at this condo. We enjoyed having plenty of room to spread out. The view of the gulf from the unit was breathtaking. The balcony was a great place to sit and relax. The space was clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Can’t wait to come back! We were very pleased with this condo!

The condo was very clean. The location was perfect for our family! We had no issues what so ever. They had more than enough utensils, pots and pans to cook with and we even found a blender! We look forward to coming back and staying longer next time around ! 😊

Adequate is a word to describe this unit. Basic necessities, outdated decor but doable Location was great, view was nice. Unit is just tired. Broken cabinet door that will fall on your toe in the front bathroom (be aware) we ve stayed in some beautiful condos at the Beach Club which makes the visit more special. This is not one of them.

There were so many things wrong with this condo! What a disappointment! Here is a list of the major things: only 1 burner on the stove worked, a large shelf in refrigerator was attached with adhesive, unusable, which caused limited space, kitchen not stocked very well, dirty items in the cabinets, front master bath cabinet door fell off first day, linens in closet of master bath, beach view, nasty, closet door off of queen bedroom, lots of miscellaneous decor stored in closets causing limited space, modeling damaged on kitchen cabinets, exterior doors dirty, especially going on the Beach balcony, decor worn & dingy, etc. Maintenance people showed up 2nd day to repair broken closet door in queen bedroom. Couldn't fix; they came unannounced 3rd day while we were trying to get ready for dinner reservations to fix cabinet door in bathroom. We had to tell them to leave! We returned from beach on 4th day and they were in our condo, unannounced! Front door does not shut properly. 5th day ROACHES in laundry area! UNACCEPTABLE! I will NEVER stay in this condo again. It needs TONS of work and DEEP cleaning. ALL maintenance issues should be done BEFORE renting!!

Great complex and condo

Condo and complex was great with many amenities. May need to bring broom and mop as we had to purchase or owner may want to consider another housekeeper as floors and balcony was dirty. (And oven spills). Beds were comfortable and clean though. Bathrooms clean. Bring toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and paper towels as condo suggested.

Resort is great. Condo not so much.

The check-in process is seamless and the resort's pool and view are stunning. The unit is spacious and well-appointed, but larger families may want to consider upgrading for more space. Cleanliness is a concern, as the unit could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Maintenance issues, such as a leaky ice maker, have been brought to the property owner's attention. Access to the gym and indoor pool comes at an additional cost of $50 per day for the clubhouse. Outdoor sports facilities like the basketball and pickleball courts are not lit at night, but the tennis court is available for use. The on-site restaurant is exceptional, and the ice cream food truck is a nice touch. To ensure a comfortable stay, it is recommended that you bring your own cookware and ice. Love the resort just not the unit.

We have been going to the Beach Club for decades. It is a wonderful resort. Unfortunately, this unit was not the best. Things were broken and unsanitary. The owner was quick to fix things but it really didn’t make things better since it was consistently bad. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The bathrooms, particularly showers were in need of a thorough clean. There appeared to be mold in several places. The carpets and furniture also seemed dirty. Broken things: lamps, master bed frame was on the floor, fridge was leaking water, and stove top is old and faulty. We normally cook some meals but this unit is not made for cooking. I have never left a bad review on any condo/air bnb, but I would be disappointed to book this unit without having some knowledge of its deficiency.

Not bad

This condo served our purposes for the week. It’s a great location, was quiet, and we loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It’s a close walk to the beach and the pool was wonderful. The negatives were that it was not clean when we got there. I won’t go into details but there were a few alarming things that needed attention immediately. Pam was very quick to respond and things were handled promptly. The kitchen is sparsely outfitted (needs more utensils, cups, baking trays) so we had to buy what we needed. Overall, I say that the condo, needs a good update/refresh. All that being said, our time at the beach is our family’s week of fun together each year and we had a blast!

Gorgeous views, very nice pool and beach. Easy access to the pool and beach. Condo was nice, but definitely needs a good deep cleaning.

Beautiful view.

Condo is very nice. Gorgeous views from front and back. Condo complex has plenty of amenities for walking and outdoor activities. We did have a issue upon checking in that the condo wasn’t very clean. If you follow the instructions of the paper work you received from Pam, it lists the cleaning people. They were very nice, and came back the next day and corrected everything..

Avalon 0410

The property itself was very nice. Excellent Sandy beach and lovely clean pool. Efficient elevators. Comfortable beds, living room furniture and outside patio furniture. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen was minimally equipped with 8 glasses, 5 coffee cups, 3 teaspoons, 2 dishcloths and towels and an assortment of plates, bowls and cook wear. Bring your own of everything—salt and pepper, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent etc. Maybe previous renters have taken items but compared to other places we’ve rented this condo’s kitchen was sparse.

Wonderful Family Time

This rental is clean and spacious and was perfect for our adult children, my parents and us to gather for a final time together this year. Great view of gulf and simple access to the beach! Beds were very comfortable and arrival/departure was easy. I also like that it is an end unit, away from the elevators. There was some work being done to the property, but nothing that affected our unit or prevented access to any amenities. Definitely returning!
