The Space:

This four-bedroom private home offers beach views, generous living space, and a layout designed for families and small groups who want room to spread out. Located near public beach access, the home provides an alternative to condo living with more privacy and space for gathering.



The main level features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with comfortable furnishings and plenty of seating. The kitchen includes granite countertops, ample prep space, and room to cook meals for the group. A full bathroom is also located on this level. For added flexibility, the living room sofa converts to a queen sleeper when needed.



Upstairs, the sleeping areas are arranged to balance comfort and privacy. Two king bedrooms each include private ensuite bathrooms. Two additional queen bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms are spacious and arranged for a restful end to the day. A full-size stackable washer and dryer are available for guest use.



Outdoor living is a highlight of the home. The beach-facing patio includes comfortable seating for dining or relaxing while enjoying the coastal setting. The West Side Cottage community pool is located directly behind the home, making it easy to keep an eye on activity from inside while still enjoying a quieter, private space.

Guests have full access to the home and the West Side Cottage community pool. Public beach access is located at Lagoon Pass, a short walk from the home. This access point includes restrooms and provides entry to both the lagoon side and the Gulf-facing beach.



Other Things to Note:

This home includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is no elevator.



Parking is limited to two vehicles only. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated.



Beach and pool items may be available in the ground-level toy closet; availability and condition vary due to salt air and prior guest use. Guests may wish to bring or rent additional beach chairs.



House rules are in place to help ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors.
