**Buena Vista's elevator is scheduled to be out of service for approximately the first three weeks of November while the elevator cab is being replaced. Buena Vista 102 is located on the first floor and requires guests to use two flights of stairs to access the unit while the elevator is unavailable. The work schedule and completion date are subject to change.**

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
